As part of our business law practice, we also represent our clients in any business-related litigation matters that may arise. We also structure and advise various types of legal entities (such as joint ventures, partnerships, and limited liability companies) necessary to effect specific real estate transactions.

INSURANCE BAD FAITH

Papazian Law regularly represents clients who have had their insurance claims wrongly denied and aggressively pursue bad faith breach of contract insurance claims against insurance companies which refuse to stand by the policies issued to clients when the need arises. If you have been wrongly denied coverage by your insurance company, we will aggressively represent your interests against your insurance company.

Before founding his own law firm, Armen Papazian was an associate in the Los Angeles office of Am Law 100 firm Mayer, Brown, Rowe and Maw, LLP, handling corporate and transactional matters. Armen Papazian is a member of the San Fernando Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Papazian is also fluent in Armenian.

Mr. Papazian is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and has been nominated and named as a Lawyer of Distinction, which recognizes the top 10% of all attorneys in each state.
